Overtime for part-timer

I work part-time at an aged care facility run by RSL LifeCare. How is overtime calculated?

Clause 17.2 of the RSL LifeCare, NSWNMA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2017–2020 sets out that overtime is paid as follows, using your base rate of pay: Monday to Saturday, time and one half up to two hours each day and thereafter double time; on a Sunday any overtime will be paid at double time; on a public holiday overtime is paid at double time and one-half. Remember, the payment for overtime hours worked will not include shift and weekend penalties in its calculation.
