Co-regulatory Model in NSW

In New South Wales (NSW), nursing and midwifery use a co-regulatory model to investigate and manage notifications and complaints.

This session provides an overview of how the co-regulatory model works in NSW, explaining the role of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC). It also outlines the process for managing notifications and complaints in NSW.
