6th Annual NSW Health and Ambulance Darts Tournament

On Sunday 6 April 2014, I will be conducting the 6th Annual NSW Health and Ambulance Darts Tournament at Revesby Workers Club. This Tournament is open to all employees and volunteers of NSW  Health  and the Ambulance  Service of NSW. I initiated this when the Annual NSW Hospital Games ceased after a 33-year history. Register by April 4 with this form.

6th ANNUAL NSW Health and Ambulance Employees DARTS TOURNAMENT

Date: Sunday  6  April,  2014 Venue:  REVESBY WORKERS CLUB Brett Street, Revesby (Parking  at rear) Categories and Time: •  Male  and Female Singles – 9.30am start •  Male  and Female Doubles  – 1pm start •  Mixed  Doubles  –  following Male and Female Doubles. Note: Nominated Doubles Teams must be from same Hospital, Facility or Area Health  Service. Participants without Partner will go into a random Draw.   Competition Format: Round Robin – Straight Start and Double Finish Singles Games – 501 startDoubles Games – 601 start Prizes: Category Winners – $25 Voucher and Trophy Category Runners-up – $10 Vouchers and Trophy 180 Badges Conditions: Participants must supply their own Darts First Time Participants must produce their NSW Health Work IDClub Dress Rules apply. Entrv Fee: $5 per person (covers all categories). Fees will be donated to a Charity. Lunch: At own costs. Club has Bistro and Cafe. Registration Due: Friday 4 April, 2014.
