• Discuss strategies and approaches for involving people with dementia based on the outcomes of the  Dementia Engagement and Empowerment Project  (DEEP) • Provide  an overview of the  dementia- friendly work taking place  in the  United Kingdom and share the  experiences and lessons learnt  from this work • Identify practical  approaches for creating dementia friendly communities and organisations in Australia • Provide  an opportunity to begin  discussions on how  this work can be implemented in your local community.   2:00 – 2:30pm Registration and afternoon tea 2:30 – 4:00pm Session   RSVP: Friday, 29 March  2014 E: T: 02 9805  0100 REGISTER NOW
