This session will discuss how managers should approach processes initiated under the managing misconduct policy directive, how misconduct meetings should work and how to ensure that the results will be judged as being ‘fair’ by any external adjudicator.

The session will cover processes and pitfalls in fact-findings, disciplinary meetings and Performance Improvement Plans.

This session will be presented by Mark Dunstan, Lead Industrial Officer in the Member Rights Centre. Mark is an experienced industrial lawyer with more than a decade working in unions and law firms.
