More Information: Join Richard Lakeman a mental health nurse, psychotherapist, and associate professor (at Southern Cross University) for his Advanced Empathy workshop. In this workshop Richard will introduce the concept of empathy and allow participants to practice skills that will assist in maintaining a therapeutic alliance with a range of patients and clients. Richards extensive clinical experience in acute mental health makes him a highly regarded speaker on complex mental health needs and how health professionals can improve their understanding of empathy and communication.
