Nurses and midwives are bound by professional obligations, as outlined in various codes and frameworks set by the NMBA.

To hold registration as a nurse or midwife in Australia, you must adhere to the standards, codes, guidelines and frameworks set by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) – Standards for Practice, the Code(s) of Conduct, and the Code(s) of Ethics.

This education session dives into professional, legal and ethical obligations and how this is relevant to your practice.

Learn how to maintain professional boundaries, including an exploration of case studies where professional boundaries have not been maintained.

Please read the NSWNMA Education Cancellation, Refund and Catering Policy prior to registering for this course.

Refreshments are provided.

A CPD Certificate will be provided to attendees at the end of the seminar.
