2020 is the year of the nurse and midwife in honour of the 200th birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale.
Nurses and midwives are invaluable, devoting their lives to the health of others all over the world. 2020 is a year to celebrate their accomplishments and honour those nurses and midwives making a difference in people’s lives.
In 2020, the NSWNMA will highlight the enormous sacrifices made by our members and the critical role they play in achieving universal healthcare.
Mental Health Month is recognised throughout October and encourages all of us to think about our mental health and wellbeing whilst looking out for each other.
We have collaborated with our major partners Aware Super and HESTA to deliver you a series of FREE live interactive webinars throughout the month designed to provide you with information, tips and tools to make a real difference to your financial future. More important than ever during these challenging times.
