The NSWNMA offers a range of workshops and study days throughout the year, as well as the stimulating Professional Day at each Annual Conference – members enjoy reduced rates. Search our education calendar for an event near you.

The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (to which NSWNMA members automatically belong) now offers a suite of online education programs.  If you’re a member of the NSWNMA, you will enjoy a reduced rate. There’s also an aged care training room and body systems training room.

Free and reduced online CPD courses

ANMF CPD website

Members of the NSWNMA, who are automatically members of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation, can access courses on the ANMF CPD website for a much-reduced rate of $8.90 per topic, compared to $40 for non-members.

There are also many free courses on the recently revamped site. It covers a host of subjects from every nursing and midwifery specialty.

The site is simple to navigate and lets you keep a personal record of courses taken, a learning plan and reflections on your self-education. Your online records can be easily checked from any device.

TAE Academy

The TAE Academy and the NSWNMA have formed a partnership in order to offer the members of the NSWNMA the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at a discounted rate. The FREE safeMedicate COVID-19 Education Support module aims to support healthcare competence update in COVID-19 related drug dosage calculations.
