Preference LHD or Gosford – Broken Hill Metro-Rural Exchange

  • February 2022 intake
  • 12-month temporary contract working Full Time
  • 4 x 3-month rotations across wards/specialties and/or hospitals
  • Positions in Broken Hill, Balranald, Dareton, Ivanhoe, Menindee, Tibooburra, Wentworth, White Cliffs and Wilcannia hospitals.
  • Stream include operating Theatre, Emergency, ICU, Community Nursing, Mental Health (inpatient and community), Primary Health Care (Dareton), Child and Family Health, community nursing, surgical, medical, Sub Acute Rehabilitation.
  • A team of dedicated Nurse educators to provide high quality support and education
  • Excellent ongoing career opportunities

  • Preceptor support and support from other Registered Nurses/Midwives in all departments
  • The opportunity to acquire ward management skills in all clinical placements

  • 12-month at Broken Hill Hospital
  • Position in the maternity unit
