This award aims to recognise an exceptional nurse, midwife, or carer who has demonstrated excellence in care, leadership, mentorship, or whose contributions have positively advanced the nursing or midwifery profession. The winner of this award embodies the NSWNMA values of advocacy, collectivism, courage, innovation, and integrity.
Our judging panel will choose a winner for the Member of Year Award from the nominations received for the other categories.
Eligibility for the Member of the Year Award:
- NSWNMA/ ANMF NSW branch financial member for at least 2 years. This award is not open to student members.
- The Member of the Year is selected from the nominees of the other award categories and cannot be applied for directly.
- If a nominee is selected as the Member of the Year, they will not be eligible to win in any other category.
